Champagne Fluteau is a family business founded in 1935. It produces proprietary champagnes with grapes harvested on 9 hectares of vines.
The house is directed by Thierry Fluteau, representing the third generation, and Jennifer, his American wife. With their sons Jeremy, their ambition is to produce champagnes of the highest quality that reflect the unique terroir of their vineyard and the passion of the winemaker. The know-how inherited from their ancestors is adapted to modern techniques, in the vineyards as in the cellar.
The family strives to lead their vineyards in sustainable viticulture: respect for the soil, respect for the plant are the key words. We only use organic fertilizers. Chemical weeding is abandoned in favor of mechanical plowing to promote microbial life. Treatments against diseases of the vine are reasoned according to the intensity of the attack and climatic conditions in order to intervene as little as possible, and only when necessary.
