Château de Géraudot

Florence and Uwe are pleased to welcome you to stay at the Château de Géraudot, an historic 17th century mansion in the Champagne region (23 km from Troyes), at the heart of the Forêt d’Orient Nature Regional Park, a stone’s throw from the Lac d’Orient.

Your charming room, on the 1st floor with a private entrance and overlooking the park is a haven of quiet, refined comfort. A hearty breakfast will be served in your room or in the park, or in our company in the family kitchen (with a nice fire in the fireplace in winter!).
A mini bar, coffee maker, kettle and teapot with a large array of teas and herb teas are available in your room whenever you need a drink.
Your stay at the Château de Géraudot can be a unique opportunity to take a flight at an attractive price (special rates for our guests), alone with Uwe in our hot air balloon “Montgolfière du Lac d’Orient” and take off right from the Château lawn if you like !

You had rather stay on the ground? Ride along the 42 km bicycle path. We lend you our bikes… and binoculars to watch common cranes, wild geese and many more. A lovely golf course awaits golf players just 2 km away. Hikers are free to follow the imagination of their shoes like Alice in this wonderland. And if you’re in the mood for just a lazy afternoon, sipping a cup of tea, relax and enjoy our park (over 7 acres) or the nearby beaches of Lusigny and Géraudot.
