Fête médiévale

Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 August: ERVY LE CHATEL - Medieval Festival. For a weekend, Ervy-le-Châtel adorns itself with banners and coats of arms, to relive medieval times with a "ram" ready to attack the Saint-Nicolas gate. The historic center of our small town of character will vibrate to the rhythm of the medieval festival: medieval musicians in one street, street theater around another, or even Chimères in ambush with or without the beggars and their cart... during a parade, wandering or fixed show. No less than 4 camps we will discover different aspects of life in the Middle Ages. And of course the medieval market with the creations of artisans and artists. The children will have the choice between the fight of the little knights, the mysterious tales or a calligraphic make-up, as well as the area of the medieval games to amuse themselves. The two highlights of our 10th edition will be the magical fire show on Saturday evening and the equestrian tournament on Sunday afternoon.
