Sunday, April 27 - ROOTS: A Sunday in the Countryside. Terres & Vignes, along with its many partners, continues its efforts to offer visitors a day rich in discoveries about Aube agriculture, rurality and culture in the heart of our countryside, thus revealing to visitors the strength and diversity of the region's agriculture... Strolling, discovering, cultivating, tasting..., this is what this very special Sunday, April 27, 2025, offered, where the rural world took center stage to reveal its riches, its trades, its know-how and its passions to all the curious, young and old! On all sites, educational workshops, farm animals, fun activities, music groups, and refreshment points were made available to the many visitors. This year, we will organize the 29th year of Sunday in the Countryside! You will have access to the local country market, activities for young and old. A raffle will be organized with a gift basket to be won. Confectioner: sale of local sweets. Saffron producer: sale of saffron derivatives. Jam: sale of local jams. Honey: sale of local honey. Drawing activities for children organized by 3A Chaource. Hot meal based on local products (Chaource, beef, farmhouse yogurt, farmhouse faisselle)
