In a small, quiet hamlet, 1 hour 30 minutes from Paris, 40 minutes from Sens, and 30 minutes from Troyes, Françoise and Yves will be delighted to welcome you to their gîte, decorated with themes inspired by their travels around the world. This detached house, typical of the Pays d'Othe region, is the ideal stopover for a stay with family or friends. During your stay, you can visit the farm free of charge. Forests and hiking trails are on-site, swimming and fishing are available 6 km away, a supermarket is 2 km away, and the town center is 2.5 km away. Amenities and services include: a courtyard with a lawn and a 400m² terrace, two garages for cars and motorcycles, a barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, and a parasol. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a TV lounge (flat screen, home cinema). Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds and three bedrooms, each with a double bed. The cottage also has two sofa beds. Two bathrooms are available: one on the ground floor with a bathtub, shower, and separate toilet; and one upstairs with a shower and toilet. For babies: a cot, high chair, playpen, safety gate, changing mat, potty, and bath seat are provided. Weekend, midweek, or overnight stays are possible; please contact us for details. Bed linen, electricity, and household linen are provided free of charge. Open year-round. The cottage can be rented for up to 11 people for an additional fee.
