The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Troyes town centre, the train station and the Cube theatre/exhibition centre, 10 minutes from the factory outlet (bus route no. 1, direct from the house) and 20 km from the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient.

A spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200) with a shower room, private and communicating toilets as well as a tea room (kettle, tea, herbal teas) and a television will be proposed to you. On the ground floor, you will find a comfortable lounge where you can enjoy the billiard table and the breakfast room. Breakfast is served "à la française" (bread, jams, pastries, freshly squeezed fruit juices, etc.) and cheese and cold cuts are available on request. in summer they can be served on the terrace.
Outside, you will enjoy the heated swimming pool, open from May to September, from 10am to 7pm, a relaxing lounge, deckchairs and a secure and private parking space.
