Inside: - A spacious living/dining room. - A fully equipped open-plan kitchen. - Two double bedrooms, each with a 160cm x 200cm bed. - One twin bedroom with two 90cm x 190cm beds. - A bathroom with a bathtub and shower. - A separate toilet. - A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. - A garage (for bicycles or motorcycles). Outside: - A 1200m² enclosed garden with lovely open views of the Champagne plains. - A terrace. - Garden furniture. - Sun loungers. - A barbecue. - A swing. - A foosball table. - Children's games. Other information: Bed linen and towels are provided. Utilities are included. A cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Dogs under 15 kg are accepted. Cats are not accepted.
