The "Au Fil de l'Eau" gîte is located in the heart of the Côte des Bar region, in Dolancourt, a village where you can enjoy the famous Nigloland amusement park. The gîte is situated on a quiet lane, on enclosed grounds, bordering the Le Landion river (with protected banks). It is the ideal place to relax and recharge in a beautiful setting. On the ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen (Senseo coffee machine, hob, extractor hood, oven, etc.), - A dining room with a fireplace (pellet stove), - A spacious living room with a TV, - A shower room, - A laundry room, - A toilet. Upstairs: - Three double bedrooms, each with a 140cm x 190cm bed. Outside: - A courtyard, - A garden, - A terrace, - Garden furniture, - A barbecue. Other information: Beds will be made upon your arrival. Heating (electric and wood/pellet) is charged extra based on consumption.
