Hotel residence in a charmingly restored old farmhouse, in a small rural village surrounded by nature near Chaource. Located 2 hours from Paris, 10 km from the Champagne appellation and 30 km from Chablis. We have six bedrooms upstairs: Jacqueline de Laignes Room with a queen-size bed (160 cm) or two twin beds (80 cm), shower room and WC; Nicolas De Monstier Room with a queen-size bed (160 cm) or two twin beds (80 cm), shower room and WC; Robert de Mosleme Room with a double bed (140 cm) with WC and separate shower; Bernard de Clairvaux Room with a double bed (140 cm) with WC and separate shower; as well as a suite: Hugues de Payns. On the ground floor, two reception rooms: the Confrérie (Brotherhood) and the wood-fired oven, separated by a large professional kitchen.
