Ideally located, it is close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient and the Champagne vineyards, just 5 minutes from the Nigloland amusement park and 15 minutes from Brienne-le-Château, Bar-sur-Aube, and Vendeuvre-sur-Barse. On the ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen. - A dining room. - A triple bedroom with a double bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm). - A triple bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 cm x 190 cm). - A bathroom (shower and bathtub). On the first floor: - A living room (sofas, TV). - A master suite with a 140cm x 200cm double bed and en-suite bathroom (shower + WC). - A bedroom with a 140cm x 200cm double bed. - A twin bedroom with two 90cm x 190cm single beds. - A triple bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm double bed and a 90cm x 200cm single bed. - Two bathrooms with shower and WC. On the 2nd floor: - A 70m² entertainment room with a bar and beer tap, foosball, a television, a DVD player, a library corner, casino games, board games, and children's games. - The possibility of an additional sleeping area with a 140cm x 190cm bed. Outside: - Enclosed grounds. - Parking. - A private terrace. - Garden furniture. - A barbecue. - Sun loungers. - A ping-pong table. - A swimming pool. Other information: Electricity, heating, and linens (tea towels/tablecloth) are included in the price. Beds are made upon arrival. From May to September, you will enjoy a 5m x 10m swimming pool (fenced and unheated), shared with the owners and open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
