On May 15, 2009, billiards in Troyes rose from the ashes. A handful of friends and enthusiasts gathered around Serge PERTUISOT to create a new club to be known as Billard Troyes Agglo.

But by then, there was no hall... It wasn't until July that premises were found at 75 rue du Grand Véon in Troyes.
This room was to be transformed by a dozen courageous volunteers with no regard for time. The team was led by Michel WUS, who took on the role of works coordinator.
By the end of August, everything was practically ready for a few tables. Two were purchased (one from Troyes and one from Reims) and two were loaned to us by billiard player Patrick LESSERTEUR. The fifth is also on loan from a club member, so the adventure can begin...
After a few purchases/sales, the club now owns 5 2.80m tables and one 3.10m table, as well as 3 blackball tables, as you can see from the photos.
