Cercle troyen self defense tonfa pro

Association created in 2007 by Didier WEBER, who is President and instructor.

The club has over 100 members from all walks of life, all with the same objective: to learn to defend themselves.

The atmosphere in the club is friendly, with members knowing each other and helping each other out. Everyone goes at their own pace, depending on their physical condition and objectives.

Didier brings his professional safety expertise to every class: the techniques he teaches are street-tested! Other aspects of self-defense, often overlooked, are regularly addressed with him: stress management, the attitude to adopt in a conflict or the framework of legitimate self-defense in France.

The AITO section takes place at the Rosière-près-Troyes sports complex, with the dojo next to the town hall:
- Wednesdays from 7pm to 9:30pm (1h15 self-defense, 1h15 boxing),
- Saturdays from 10am to 12pm (self-defense, strength training/cardio) for beginners and teens.
