Located in the charming village of Dienville, just a few minutes' walk from the beach on Lake Amance, the water sports center, cycle paths, and the marina in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, this cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor: - A kitchen; - A living room with a lounge and dining area; - A shower room (shower + sink); - A separate toilet. Upstairs: - A triple bedroom (double bed + single bed); - A bedroom that can accommodate 3 people (3 single beds). Outside: - A small enclosed courtyard; - Garden furniture; - A parasol; - A barbecue. Ideal for family holidays, hiking and fishing enthusiasts will be in their element! You can also observe the local flora and fauna, hire a guide to discover the birds that nest around the lakes, and visit the local historical sites. Street parking is free, and to ensure you can fully enjoy your stay, beds will be made, and towels and linens will be provided. Heating, electricity, and end-of-stay cleaning are included.
