Othe-Armance Remarkable Trees Trail: An inventory of trees with remarkable characteristics was carried out by students from the Crogny Forestry High School in collaboration with the French National Forestry Office (ONF). The trees were selected based on their remarkable features (age, shape, species, historical significance, etc.), their accessibility (public or private land belonging to municipalities, road network or hiking trails, etc.), and their health. Following this inventory, approximately thirty trees were chosen. These include oaks, pear trees, linden trees, tulip trees, etc., remarkable for their shape, location, and morphology. Before the trail was established, work and improvements were made to secure the site, protect the trees from trampling, provide care to trees whose health required it (pruning, etc.), and create or improve access paths. Signage has been installed to inform visitors of the trail's presence (directional signs) and to provide information about the characteristics of the remarkable trees (information and awareness panels). The QR code allows you to open the trail in Google Maps (URL in the title).
