Catherine Manoël is Maître-Craftsman Confiturier (highest Craftsmanship Diploma in France). She sits at the Culinary College of France as a Quality Artisan-Producer. Le Comptoir des Confitures is referenced as an Entreprise Gourmande by Gault & Millau, as well as by Petit Futé. She makes jams with fresh fruits from short circuits in organic and sustainable agriculture. Refusing to use colorings, preservatives, agar-agar, the jams are cooked the old-fashioned way with apple pectins from the Othe Valley. It offers a range of 250 original jams in sumptuous glass jars but also a classic range. The craziest, most surprising and exciting flavors are brought together by our love of gastronomy and the authenticity of the products. Open Tuesday to Sunday from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
