Boarding for horses - Horse work - Education and events The Pommier d'Argent stables are a place focused around three main activities: The owners' horse boarding, in the principles of animal welfare, including a boarding called "Imago" for retired horses whose owners could not take care of every week. Horses have food adapted to their needs and are preferably left in herds to promote social relationships. Our capacity is around 25 horses, excluding passing horses. Horse work: Sébastien is a whisperer. Its job is to accompany rider-horse pairs in a break-in that respects the horse or to resolve specific behavioral or technical issues. Practicing both western and classic riding, Sébastien can adapt to any type of request by offering tailor-made packages. Teaching and organizing events. The team welcomes all disciplines, with a common thread: the development of Horsemanship. However, it specializes in technical outdoor riding: Mountain Trail, recently imported from the United States and newly recognized as a federal discipline, and working horse riding, traditional riding inherited from our herdsmen. Thus, we have set up a very large Horse Park allowing you to work in complete safety, in an approach that is both fun and very technical. The Horse Park is accessible as a training course under supervision or for hire. We also organize walks and hikes, each time around a theme to discover the Pays d'Othe, which offers us a magnificent workplace. Finally, high-level external speakers also come to provide internships. The Moutain Trail is a discipline open to disabled people who compete in the same categories as other participants. Dogs kept on a lead (chickens and cats on site!) Establishment open 7 days a week from 8 am to 9 pm.
