This charming building, dating from the 12th and 16th centuries, was heavily altered in the 19th century. It has a Latin cross floor plan, with a single nave, a three-sided apse and a slender bell tower at the transept crossing.

The church contains a number of 16th-century sculptures, but its stained-glass windows from the same period were classified as Historic Monuments in 1913, notably a stained-glass window depicting the Legend of Saint Marguerite dating from 1545.

The church remained in the possession of the hamlet's inhabitants for several centuries, before passing into the ownership of the commune of St Germain at the beginning of the 20th century.

Unfortunately, in a state of advanced disrepair, it is no longer open to the public.
