A self-taught painter, drawing was already his passion when he was a child. It was in 1974, after a trip to Guyana, that the desire to paint came to fruition. He chose oil paint and worked exclusively with it, which is so pleasant to use. He paints from photographs, landscapes of nature, portraits and copies of paintings by masters, like some of the ones present here (Michelangelo, Gustave Caillebotte, Delacroix, etc.). "I paint only for pleasure and sometimes exhibit in order to share my passion during exhibitions."
