7 km from Troyes, 4 km from exit 20 of the A5 motorway, 150 km from PARIS. Gîte classified 3 épis in a fully renovated house of regional character, 180 m².

Possibility of renting it together with the adjoining gîte Le Juliette, for 13 people, and Le Grappillon doré, for 17 people.

Montgueux is ideally located, overlooking the historic city of Troyes with all its urban, cultural and tourist attractions, close to the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient, water sports activities and the diversity of the fauna and flora.

Ground floor: entrance, equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom (1 double bed 140), wc. First floor: Mezzanine-lounge, two bedrooms (1 double bed 140), one bedroom (3 single beds 90), bathroom and shower room, WC. Oil heating not included (5 to 9 €/day depending on season). Private courtyard and terrace. Shady park shared by the 3 gîtes.

Animals accepted at the owners' discretion (deposit 250 €).
Discount for partial occupancy of the gîte.

With the winegrower owners, discover the making of champagne (visit the vineyards, presses and cellars). Share their passion for quad bikes and American cars. The owners' swimming pool is available (subject to opening hours).

Short stay rentals all year round (last minute in summer).
Bicycles, table football, table tennis, free access to the tennis club. Secure WIFI.
