Montgueux is ideally located, overlooking the historic city of Troyes with all its urban, cultural, and tourist attractions, close to the Lac de la Forêt d'Orient, water sports, and a diverse array of flora and fauna.

Ground floor: entryway, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, one bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm + 1 single bed 90 cm), toilet. Upper level: Mezzanine-living room, two bedrooms (1 double bed 140 cm), one bedroom (3 single beds 90 cm), bathroom and shower room, toilet. Utilities not included (rates vary by season). Private parking, courtyard, and terrace. Shaded park with a game chalet (foosball and ping-pong table). Free access to the community tennis court and the owners’ swimming pool located 300 m away (opening hours must be observed).
