On the ground floor: - A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. - Appliances: coffee machine + drip coffee maker + toaster + kettle. - A living room with a spacious seating area, a television, a dining area, and a library. - 1 double bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) with a dressing table and wardrobe. - 1 double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) + wardrobe + chest of drawers. - A family bathroom with shower and bathtub. - Separate WC. Upstairs: - 1 double bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) + wardrobe + air conditioning. - 1 single bedroom (90 x 190 cm bed) + wardrobe + air conditioning. - A separate WC with washbasin.
