This 100 m² house is ideally located between the three large lakes of the Aube region: Lake Amance, Lake Temple, and Lake Orient. It is also close to the port of Dienville and the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park. On the ground floor: - A living room with a large table for 8 people, a table for 4, and a wood-burning stove. - A lounge with a sofa bed and a single bed (90 cm). - A fully equipped kitchen. - A toilet. - A bathroom with a toilet. Upstairs: - A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). - A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and two single beds (90 cm). - A bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). - A shower room with a shower and sink. - A folding single bed (80 cm). Outside: - An enclosed courtyard with garden tables and chairs. - A garden. - A veranda. - A barbecue. - Private parking. - A private above-ground pool (available only in July and August). Other information: Duvets and pillows are provided, but bed linen and towels are not included. Dogs and cats are welcome. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the price, except for the barbecue and oven.
