Come and enjoy the peace and quiet of this comfortable 146 m² cottage, located on the banks of the Aube River in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park. Within a short distance, you can discover and enjoy a wide variety of activities to suit everyone. On the ground floor: - A large, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals (pressure cooker, raclette/hot stone grill, electric mixer, etc.). - A living/dining room. - A shower room with double sinks. - A separate toilet with a washbasin. Upstairs: - One bedroom with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed, a 90 cm x 190 cm bed, and a cot. - Two bedrooms, each with a 140 cm x 190 cm bed. - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and 2 single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) that can be joined together. - A bathroom with a bathtub, double sinks, and a toilet. Outside: - A large enclosed garden. - A terrace. - A swing. Other information: For the safety of young children, the staircase is protected by a safety gate on the upper floor. This protection can be supplemented upon request by a removable gate installed at the bottom of the stairs. Utilities are included, including electricity up to 40 kWh for a 3-day/2-night stay, 100 kWh for a 7-night stay, and proportionally depending on the length of stay. Beyond this limit, electricity is charged according to EDF's off-peak/peak hour rates.
