La Petite Biscuiterie

Since 1996, we were Baker Pastry Chef in Maizières-la-Grande-Paroisse, we created about ten cookies. Building on our success (about fifty points of sale in Aube and Marne), we separated from our bakery to open our biscuit factory. La Petite Biscuiterie offers its specialties: natural maizièron “small butter par excellence”, “subtle and excellent” rum, chopped roasted almonds “to be enjoyed with a large bowl of hot chocolate”, crushed hazelnuts “to be crunched without moderation”, oil essential lemon "to accompany your teas", orange blossom "delicately scented", caramel "the best", vanilla-chocolate "a children's delight"... And still other artisan products to come and discover (croquets with hazelnuts and squares of Othe). All our products are pure butter, without coloring or preservatives. Opening of our gourmet coffee room "Chez Jeunesse": Wednesday and Saturday, from 2:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
