If you'd like to slow down and enjoy a natural break, this single-storey gîte for two welcomes you in a green setting, in the heart of a lively village with shops right next to the Vélovoie.

Ideally located, you can quickly reach the freeway (5 minutes), the lakes and unspoilt countryside of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Nature Park, and Troyes in just 15 minutes.

As soon as you arrive, you'll discover a well-appointed, cottage-style interior, blending softness and elegance. The atmosphere is warm and intimate, designed to make you feel good right from the start, and to help you enjoy a timeless break.

The accommodation, adjoining the owners' house, has its own access and a completely private outdoor space, guaranteeing independence and tranquility. Discreetly present, the hosts remain available if needed, while respecting your privacy.

Inside, you'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: a functional kitchen, a dining area, a cosy living room with electric fireplace, a double bedroom, a shower room with WC and a laundry room.

Outside, the enclosed garden offers a green and relaxing setting, ideal for reading, having a coffee in the sun or simply enjoying the flowery surroundings. The unoverlooked terrace lends itself perfectly to al fresco meals or moments of relaxation.

Two bicycles are available free of charge.

Your stay includes beds made up on arrival, towels and household linen, end-of-stay cleaning and heating and electricity charges.

A deposit will be required on arrival, by bank transfer or payment on site.
