Located 2 km from the lake and port of Dienville, and 35 km from Troyes and its factory outlets, it is the ideal starting point for a stay with family, friends, or motorcyclists, combining relaxation, nature, and conviviality. On the ground floor: - A living room. - A dining area. - A lounge area with a fireplace (wood provided). - A spacious kitchen. - A laundry room (additional refrigerator). - A shower room. - A separate toilet. - A bedroom with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). Upstairs: - A triple bedroom with three single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). - A triple bedroom with one single bed (90 cm x 200 cm) and one double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). - A double bedroom with a 160cm x 200cm bed. - A bathroom with a large shower cubicle. - A separate toilet. Outside: - A courtyard. - An unfenced gravel area. - Garden furniture. - Sun loungers. Other information: You will also have access to the (secure) barn for storing your vehicles (cars, motorcycles, jet skis), for playing basketball, or for family meals. Heating + electricity = €8/day (only during periods when heating is required).
