Discover this charming, brand-new, independent 25 m² studio, carefully renovated in a converted barn. Nestled in the heart of the Great Lakes region (Dienville harbor, Lac du Der, and the lakes of the Forêt d'Orient), you'll be welcomed to a quiet village renowned for its heritage and located on the famous half-timbered church trail. The accommodation: Inside: - A queen-size bed. - A bathroom with a large shower (1m x 1.20m). - Television with Netflix access included. - A kitchenette equipped with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. - A toilet. Outside: - A courtyard. - A large garden (2000 m²). - A terrace. - Secure parking. - Outdoor furniture (table, chairs, and sun loungers). Other information: All linens and towels are included. The bed is made with ironed sheets. Cleaning is included in the price. Accommodation not equipped with a hob. A baby can be accommodated (travel cot available on request). You can also enjoy a homemade breakfast (reservations required) for €7.50 per person, or opt for the set menu (table d'hôtes) for €22 per person. This meal includes an aperitif, starter, main course, dessert, and digestif. Nearby activities include: Nigloland amusement park, skydiving, miniature train rides, hot air ballooning, water sports (jet skiing, boating, pedal boats, inflatable structures, water skiing, canoeing, etc.), golf, spa, casino, hiking, mountain biking trails, treetop adventure courses, a bird sanctuary, museums, castles, abbeys, churches, the Champagne Route, and educational farms.
