Nutchel Champagne

After the Belgian Ardennes and Alsace, Nutchel has set up shop at the gateway to Champagne, offering a new tourism experience: a chance to let go and disconnect, starting with the water and engaging all five senses. During your stay in one of our cabins on the banks of the Armance River in Ervy-le-Châtel, you're invited to step outside your comfort zone, rediscover the joys of simple pleasures, and reconnect with your own rhythm and loved ones. From the very first moment, the magic of the place takes hold, transporting you far from your everyday life, thanks in particular to the soothing, unobstructed view of an open, gently rolling plain. All around, poetic wooden cabins with clean lines and raw, natural tones. From the terrace, step through the large doors of your cabin and discover a haven of tranquility. Its small wooden shell is teeming with soothing nooks and crannies. A comfortable sofa sits beside a huge bay window and faces a beautiful black cast-iron wood-burning stove—in which a comforting fire crackles, heating a kettle. At the other end of this living space, a lovely wooden workbench allows you to simply cook the local produce from the basket Nutchel has prepared for you. The beds are very comfortable (between one and three double beds depending on the cabin's capacity) and offer restful sleep, far from screens and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Everything you need to return to simple pleasures is here: reading a book by the light of an oil lamp, building a shelter in the woods, living outdoors. In addition to the cabin and breakfast, you have unlimited access to the water experience. More than just an outdoor spa, you are invited here to explore different intensities, different states, different rhythms. Heat to unwind (with the sauna and two Nordic baths), cold to awaken (with the cold plunge pool and ice bath), rest to integrate (in the herbal tea room), and breath to connect (in the meditation room). By immersing yourself in the Nutchel experience, in summer as in winter, you reconnect not only with your loved ones and nature, but also with your body and mind. Here, no one is expected to perform; you create your experience at your own pace. The experience is never imposed; it is discovered, felt, and most of the time, it leaves a lasting impression.
