Come discover the Château de Brienne, nicknamed the Little Versailles of the Aube, during a guided tour with the Association for the Preservation of the Heritage of Brienne-le-Château. On the program: guided tour of the ground floor and the exterior, to learn all about this incredible residence, a jewel of the second half of the 18th century. Please note, the château has retained elements of furniture and decor despite major modifications: these are tours focused on the history of this building as well as its architecture. Three tour departures are offered at 3:30 p.m., 4 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. (initially scheduled to start at 2:30 p.m. but postponed). The guided tour lasts approximately 1 hour. Also enjoy free admission from 6 p.m. to a conference "Meeting around 18th-century costume" by Anaïs Mérat, seamstress and costume historian. Practical information: - Access to the castle is from the Place de la Halle and the tour starts at the foot of the castle. You should arrive approximately 15 minutes before the start of the tour. - Free parking spaces are available on the Place de la Halle.
