The Sauerkraut Fair is one of the most firmly rooted gastronomic events in Aube territory. The fair has carved out a solid reputation for itself with the region's best known product: champagne sauerkraut. On the programme: tasting at the stalls and in the restaurants, a procession of floats and traditional entertainers.
