Visit Troyes

Troyes

Troyes has an irresistible aura thanks mainly to its private town houses. But its restored wells, its winding cobbled streets lined with timber frame dwellings, its finely decorated wooden doors, its museums with their rich local and original heritage, its apothecary’s dispensary, its restaurants that celebrate unrivalled local gastronomy ... cannot fail to interest you.

Cellars in historic locations leave you delighted with the rhythm of passing time. And if modern life begins to reassert itself, then take advantage of the region’s shopping centres. You will succumb there as well without fail!

Citroyen Trees

Exchange, share, bring, discover... spend a few hours with Troyes Office of Tourism and its «Citroyen Trees» operation to take on board in an «urban landscape» a few (non-exhaustive) simple but remarkable actions that can enhance our everyday life and your stay with us.

Because tomorrow needs to be respected, because sustainable development is not a step backwards but represents social progress, let’s join together today to build a sustainable relationship full of meaning, lets tackle sustainable development with exemplary everyday actions carried out by as many of us as possible.

Citroyen Trees - Troyes

Through this operation, the Office of Tourism (and its partners, the Foire aux Fleurs association and the City of Troyes), have committed themselves to a socially responsible approach (selective sorting of batteries, ink cartridges, paper and cardboard, the use of low energy light bulbs, ...), but also to plant one tree for every 300 «Citroyen Trees» leaflets distributed in order to create a «teaching orchard» accessible to all.
