Cooking workshop

Julie, herbalist and true woodland fairy, invites you to a cooking workshop at Basse-Fontaine Abbey. The program includes: - Introduction of group members and distribution of the day's recipes. - An introductory walk to discover edible and medicinal wild plants. - Description of the plants, potential confusion points, and their medicinal properties. - Gathering the plants of the moment to be cooked. Sorting and washing the plants, and preparing the dishes. We'll all enjoy our lovingly prepared meals together in a friendly atmosphere. Everyone will leave with the recipes they made, a boost of vitamins, and a renewed sense of well-being! Don't forget to register! In partnership with the Friends of Basse-Fontaine Association.
