Danse libre : séance découverte

Saturday, September 19: PÂLIS - Free Dance: introductory session. From 10:00 to 11:30 am, 2 Place Gambetta. Let yourself be carried away by free movement, simply inspired by what arises here and now. No imposed choreography, only that dictated by your inner self. Good humor and conviviality help movement flow freely. This session will give you a glimpse of the monthly workshops that take place throughout the year. Led by Sabine Chevalerias, dancer and trained in dance therapy. Free, workshop open to all.
