Dictée francophone

Saturday, March 21: NEUVILLE-SUR-VANNE - French-language dictation. At 3 p.m. in the community center. The Paul Chomedey Committee of Maisonneuve and the Neuville-sur-Vanne reading center invite you to play with spelling and the richness of our beautiful language! The French-language dictation has been an official part of the activities of the French Language and Francophonie Week, which takes place every March, since 2004. This initiative aims to raise awareness of the richness and diversity of the French language, promote its proper use, and strengthen ties between Francophone countries. The dictation text consists of three paragraphs highlighting expressions and terms from Quebec, a French region, and a territory outside metropolitan France. It also includes words from the "Tell Me Ten Words" initiative of French Language Week. This year, in addition to Quebec, Bresse and Morocco are in the spotlight… We'll welcome you with good cheer and some Francophone treats! The €2 participation fee will go towards a fund to help schoolchildren in Mayotte. We look forward to seeing many of you there, pens ready for adventure!
