Come and celebrate the 66th edition of the famous champagne sauerkraut!

Do you like sauerkraut? Then what are you waiting for? Come and participate in the 66th Sauerkraut Festival! For a weekend, Brienne-le-Château will be adorned with its delicious and traditional champagne sauerkraut. On the program: - Saturday & Sunday - * Sauerkraut catering: Guilleminot Traiteur (rue Jean Jaurès), Hôtel-restaurant Les Voyageurs (avenue Pasteur), French-style brasserie restaurant in the style of a guinguette (place de la Halle, open Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.). * Sound system throughout the fair. * NEW: Arts and crafts center composed of 13 exhibitors (rue du Pont). * Funfair (place Bonvalot). * Exhibition fair in the city center. * Prim Holstein cattle competition open to breeders from Aube, Côte d'Or, Haute-Marne, Yonne, Loiret, Marne and Seine et Marne (Place de la Foire aux Bêtes). * Car exhibition (Place de la Halle). - Saturday, September 20 - * From 9:30 a.m. - Place de la Foire aux Bêtes: Start of the dairy cow competition (Espoir Championship 1st lactation and young 2nd lactation, adult 3rd lactation and more, best udder, best milk cow, champion of Brienne). This fair will delight young and old alike, with bargains on offer and plenty of entertainment. The city center is closed to traffic, and parking is available on the adjacent streets.
