Jardin sauvage

In Géraudot, between the shade of the forests and the reflections of Lake Orient, Sabrina gleans, cultivates, and brews. With Jardin Sauvage, she restores local plants to their rightful place: that of a living link between humans and nature, between the Park's landscapes and those who pass through them.

Along the trails, she picks elderflowers, yarrow, wild mint, and hawthorn with patience, attention, and humility. Nothing is taken at random: each harvest is reasoned, manual, traceable, and designed to preserve the resource. Sabrina follows the recommendations of wild harvesting professionals and keeps her notebooks up to date, careful never to disturb the fragile balance of the environments she loves.

Her harvests become herbal teas, oils, and soaps, all transformed by hand at her home in Géraudot. In a converted outbuilding, she occasionally opens an intimate tea room, where people come to taste an infusion, chat, and discover the Park's plants in a different way. Its botanical walks are invitations to slow down, smell, listen—to rediscover the taste of simplicity and truth.

Labeled “Regional Natural Park Values,” Jardin Sauvage is much more than an activity: it's a space for sharing, wonder, and reconnecting. Here, we discover that plants are not just aromatic or medicinal. They are also poetic, discreet, and deeply local.
