Ideally located, 6 minutes walk from the train station and the city centre, where you can visit its heritage and other places of interest on foot.

Free and private parking at the foot of the flat (you can forget your car for several days). Possibility of electric recharging of your vehicle, secure bike room.

You will find all the shops and amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, boutiques ... ) nearby, while being in a quiet and family area.

The factory outlet centres are less than 15 minutes away by car: Marques Avenue in Saint-Julien-les-Villas (8 min) and McArthurGlen in Port-Sainte-Marie (12 min). by bus: line 1 will take you directly there.
