It comprises a 13m² lounge, a separate 14m² bedroom in a very quiet location with new quality bedding and a large 180x200 king-size bed, and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. A cot is also available.


Located 4 minutes walk from the city centre just behind the train station, landing door with three-point lock, soundproofed double glazing, thermally insulated with an open kitchen equipped with a 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge and washing machine.
We provide sheets, towels and household linen. Electricity is included in the price of the stay. Minimum stay of 2 nights.

Living room and bedroom with vinyl floor and storage cupboards in both rooms, shower room with new shower, individual electric heating.
Private parking.
