La Basse Cour

Gîte La Basse Cour is located in the Aube department, in the former Champagne-Ardenne region. In a hamlet near Aix-en-Othe, in the heart of the Pays d'Othe, surrounded by valleys and forests, Françoise and Yves will be delighted to welcome you and share their work. You can visit their farm free of charge: the farmyard and perhaps even take a ride on a tractor or combine harvester. Forests and hiking trails are on-site, swimming and fishing are available 6 km away, and the town center is 2.5 km away. Amenities and services include: a private, enclosed 280m² courtyard with a lawn area, a garage for a car/motorcycle, a swing, garden furniture, deck chairs and a parasol, and a barbecue. On the ground floor: two bedrooms with double beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a flat-screen TV, and a sofa bed for one person (at an additional cost). Upstairs: a relaxation area with a reading corner, games, etc., two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bathroom with toilet, and a sofa bed for two people (at an extra cost). For babies: a cot, high chair, playpen, and safety gate are provided free of charge. Electricity, Wi-Fi, cleaning, and linens are free. Open year-round for up to 11 people (additional charges apply).
