La Belle Éveillée has been pressing orchard fruit since 2011. The 1950s-era packet press can press 600 liters of juice per hour. The fruit comes from family orchards, and the juices are made and pasteurized on the farm. The orchard's 120 fruit trees, planted in 2011, are tended by free-range laying hens, which help control insect attacks and ensure sustainable fertilization. The small shop, which sells apple juice, cider vinegar, jams, and various local products, is open every Friday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. There's something for every budget; fruit juices are on sale. Marie and Pierre are very welcoming and will be happy to show you around their business and answer any questions you may have. Don't hesitate to contact them so they're available when you visit.
