In Brévonnes, on a small plot teeming with life, Guillaume cultivates his farm like one would sculpt a garden. La Ferme à Guigui is a place of culture in the broadest sense: we grow vegetables, fruits, and aromatic herbs, but also convictions, curiosity, and a deep respect for all living things.

As a market gardener, Guillaume readily speaks of his vegetables as beings he supports in their growth. He first nourishes the soil, offers it "room and board," and observes what nature generously gives back. On each bed, the species coexist, support each other, and balance each other. The compost, the straw, the nearby natural spring—everything contributes to creating a resilient, fertile, and respected ecosystem.

Here, there is no standardization. Each vegetable is the fruit of patient care, constant attention, and healthy soil. Certified organic and rooted in a short supply chain approach, the farm caters to both individuals and professionals, and develops solidarity projects to make its products accessible to all.
