The secret to the excellence of raw milk farmhouse cheeses: First the cows! Located in the southwest of Champagne, in the Aube region, a few kilometers from the Yonne department and the gateway to Burgundy, Ferme des Tourelles is a company specializing in the production of raw milk farmhouse cheeses: Chaource AOP, Évry, Mesnil, Marbré d'Armance, Bouchon d'Armance and white cheeses. It is a unique place, bucolic and steeped in history. Within this pretty property surrounded by fields as far as the eye can see, two stone turrets stand, giving these lands an unexplained historical dimension. Today, within this charming farm, Peggy Petiot and her husband David passionately manage a successful and modern company that preserves the values of yesteryear, as this passion has been passed down for 5 generations. All the cheeses from the GAEC des Tourelles can be found at Proxi and B1 in Ervy-le-Châtel; Intermarché in Aix-en-Othe, at the Champignonnière du Cussangy, in the Troyes metropolitan area: Super U, Leclerc in St Parres-aux-Tertre, Intermarché in Creney, Intermarché in St Julien, at the Pouillot cheese shop, at Fromages d'Aurélie (Halles de Troyes), at the Fontaine des Champs, at the Aube farmer's drive, at Tendance Fermière, Passion Paysanne, Persil et Ciboulette...
