This 100m² house is ideally located between the three large lakes of the Aube region: Lake Amance, Lake Temple, and Lake Orient. It is also close to the port of Dienville and the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park. On the ground floor: The living room has a large table for 8 people, a table for 4, and a wood-burning stove. The lounge has a sofa bed, a single bed (90cm), and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are two toilets. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm). Bedroom 3 has a double bed (140cm). There is a shower room with a shower and sink. You will also find a single folding bed (80cm). Outside: The enclosed courtyard has garden tables and chairs, a barbecue, and private parking. You can enjoy the private above-ground swimming pool in July and August. A complimentary bottle of champagne is offered for stays of one week or more. Please drink responsibly! Bed linen and towels are not provided, but duvets and pillows are available.
