This cottage, completely independent from the rest of the house, is ideally located in Champagne, in Dienville. It can accommodate 6 to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the 1st floor, including a 50 m² suite. The third is on the 2nd floor and has 3 single beds. You can enjoy the kitchen, the dining room and the old veranda (in wood and mosaic) as well as the large equipped terrace. The parking lot adjoining the property is enclosed, your jet skis, bicycles, motorcycles will be safe in a closed garage. All the bedrooms have a view of the wooded park of more than one hectare. You can walk there, relax under the century-old trees, picnic in the orchard where we let the flowers of the meadow grow, listen to the birds singing. Play ball… You will surely be lucky enough to see squirrels… On request and included we can provide a television. So if you want a stay without television with your children, for example, it's simple.
