1799 detached and restores charming house in a fenced, tree studded and flowered garden situated in the heart of the Pays d'Othe at 23km from Troyes, 40km from Sens and 150km from Paris.On the ground floor: a dining room, a sitting room, a small kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a toilet, cupboards and a cellar. On the first floor: two bedrooms with a double bed each, two bedrooms with three single beds, an area for relaxing in a mezzanine, a bathroom with shower and bath and a toilet. Summer charges: 20€/weekend, 30€/week; Winter charges: November to May, 30€/weekend and 80€/week. Bed linen supplied and beds made on arrival. ALL YEAR ROUND THERE IS A DISCOUNT OF 150€ FOR GROUPS OF 8 PERSONS AND 4 BEDROOMS. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: hiking, visits of churches, washhouses, GR2, the Roman way. The gîte is at some 20 minutes from the historic heart of Troyes and 40 minutes from the Champagne vineyards, the lakes, a golf course, a riding school and municipal tennis court.
