Les Dîners du Patrimoine : Des Arts et des Arbres

Saturday, June 27: MARAYE-EN-OTHE - Heritage Dinners: Arts and Trees. From 2 pm. Open to all, the afternoon will feature exhibitions, roundtables, workshops, and meetings with artists, craftspeople, producers, authors, creators, and members of associations. A detailed program will be available upon arrival, along with a map to help you find your way around the village. Highlights: - 2 pm: Welcome - 2:30 pm: Screening of the film: The Song of the Forests by Vincent MUNIER. - 5 pm: Lecture: Managing a Communal Forest by Damien FRANÇOIS, Engineer. Biodiversity, resource management, tree species, timber industry, logging and planting… Q&A session with the speaker. BY RESERVATION ONLY (limited seating): DINNER AND SHOW for ages 12 and up (€30) - 7:00 PM: Festive and gourmet meal interspersed with readings by ACE: Association for Creating Together - Around 9:30 PM: The Utopia of Trees: a play presented by the TAXI-BROUSSE Company. A Q&A session with the actor will follow the performance. Dinner menu: Welcome aperitif / Beetroot carpaccio with sweet and sour vinaigrette / Marinated mackerel with baby greens / Trout from the Aube region with first zucchini, virgin sauce, basil, and toasted almonds / Chaource cheese with mixed greens / Strawberry-rhubarb tartlet.
