Come and spend a convivial evening enjoying a vintage of Champagne under the stars, around a fire pit!

Come and spend a unique evening at the Champagne A. Viot estate in Colombé-la-Fosse! On the program: – a complete meal (appetizers, starter, main course, and dessert) entirely cooked on the brazier by Florent Sourice of L'Atelier – dance the night away with the Magic Tempo orchestra playing hits from yesterday, today, and maybe tomorrow – make yourself comfortable on our sofas, benches, deck chairs, high tables, and tables sheltered from the elements – a complimentary glass of Champagne upon arrival – enjoy a friendly, warm, and relaxed atmosphere – the evening will end in style with a fireworks display – weather permitting. Menu: - Aperitif: 1 complimentary glass of Champagne, Melon/Port or Tomato and Mozzarella Skewer, Bruschetta with homemade smoked salmon and lemon-dill cream, Mini waffle with pepper and chorizo, Cream cheese and Mediterranean vegetable bun - Starters: Flaming prawn skewer with pearl seafood salad (salmon/prawns/grapefruit) - Main Course: Beef skewer, Marinated chicken skewer, Skewer of Vegetables, potatoes and cheddar sauce - Dessert: praline cream puff, macarons, pineapple and banana skewers flambéed with rum.
