Sunday, April 26: BERCENAY-EN-OTHE - A Sunday in the Countryside. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Les Vergers du Pays d'Othe. For 30 years, this grand day, organized by Terres & Vignes de l'Aube, has celebrated rural life and those who bring our local produce to life. And this anniversary year promises to be more joyful than ever! We welcome you to the cider house, with group tours every hour and explanations from the producer. Free product tastings in the shop. Local products will be sold by producers and artisans, with a food area at the foot of the orchards. Two local vendors will offer quality dishes to share, both at lunchtime and with sweet treats in the afternoon. This year, we're inaugurating the terrace area for even more conviviality! An inflatable game will be set up to entertain children during your visit. - DOMAINE GRILLOT: Chablis producer, sales/tastings. - ANNIE PIERRE (seamstress): workwear for Chanel. - Martine: pastries and viennoiseries. - Aurélie BERLOT (EARL de la Chaillotière): producer of red berries and jams. - Safran des Charrons: saffron, sale of various processed products. - Auboise Geological Association: Gérard Pierre, geological history, exhibition. - Le bonheur de Sophie: on-site catering, free-range chicken, sweet tarts. - La Kaz Rougail: on-site catering, sausage rougail, samosas. - Students from the Charles BALTET agricultural high school: activities led by 4 students, research and practical games.
