Sunday, April 26: MARAYE-EN-OTHE - A Sunday in the Countryside. From 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Ferme des Charmes. For 30 years, this grand day, organized by Terres & Vignes de l'Aube, has celebrated rural life and those who bring our land to life. And this anniversary year promises to be more joyful than ever! A family farm taken over by Florian LASSAIGNE, a young, motivated farmer/cider maker determined to promote the apples of the Pays d'Othe. The farm offers a variety of fruit trees, a cellar tour, an orchard visit, and free tastings of ciders and apple juice. We also produce rapeseed oil, vinegar, and cider ratiafia. Certified HVE (High Environmental Value). A tasting of Olivier LASSAIGNE Champagne will also be available. Young Farmers will be offering activities related to apples and orchards.
